Always intimate and moving, Fauré’s Requiem is paired opposite a new commissioned work by composer Mohammed Fairouz titled Zabur. This world premiere performance features the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir, Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra, Indianapolis Children’s Choir and guest soloists performing a new setting of the ancient Psalm text, re-imagined in the contemporary Middle East.
