Community Donation Requests

Each year the Indianapolis Symphonic Choir is pleased to support numerous non-profit organizations and causes through ticket donations to our performances.

To request a charitable donation for an upcoming event or fundraiser, please fill out this form.

Requesting organization must be a charitable nonprofit with 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status from the IRS.

Only one request per season, per organization.
