Covenant Christian High School Chamber Chorus
Chamber Chorus is a 41 member advanced mixed choir from Covenant Christian High School in Indianapolis, Indiana. Chamber Chorus competes annually in the Indiana State School Music Association State Competition earning consistent Group I Gold Ratings. In addition to performing for numerous Covenant events throughout the year, students are active in the community by partnering with universities, middle schools, and nursing homes, and hospitals to share their music. This coming summer 2019, Chamber Chorus will make their international debut with their Germany & Austria Concert Tour. Chamber Chorus seeks for their audiences to experience God’s beauty, compassion, and power through music. We believe that the extraordinary power of art, in the hands of an artist, is directly linked to the power of the Creator, who created the galaxies to move and nature to sing. “For in him all things were created: things in heaven and on earth, visible and invisible…all things have been created through him and for him” (Colossians 1:16). Chamber Chorus invites listeners to open their hearts and minds to allow God to speak through music. Chamber Chorus is under the direction of Covenant alumnus, and former Chamber Chorus performer, Daniel Watson (‘11).
