Top 3 Christmas/Holiday Songs: This was supposed to be the top 3 but I just couldn't do it. This is cut down from 20!

In no particular order:
Lullaby Carol, Molly Ijames
O Nata Lux, Morten Lauridsen
Lux Aurumque, Eric Whitacre
From East to West, Dan Locklair
We Need a Little Christmas, Jerry Herman
What Sweeter Music, Philip Stopford
Most any Christmas song except Grandma Got Run Over By A Reindeer

I have enjoyed ISC's Christmas Choral contest over the years and have enjoyed hosting a couple of the winners in our home.

What voice part are you? I sing alto 2

How long have you been in the Symphonic Choir? This is my thirteen season in the Choir

When did you first begin singing? I began singing as a young child in Sunday School and Christmas programs, then in high school and college choirs as well as a traveling gospel team in college playing the guitar. Also in church choir and worship team and Henry Leck's parent choir when the kids were in ICC.

Favorite Eric Stark saying or quote?  Eric often wants the second altos to “show more leg” and says “give me more Ethel”.  On page 225 of my Messiah score at the start of the Amen fugue I have written “Make music, dang it” ES does not want mediocrity!
